On June 26, the Amazing Running Day \u2013 a special sport event for parents & SuperKids students (aged from 6 to 11 years old) hosted by VUS \u2013 Anh v\u0103n H\u1ed9i Vi\u1ec7t M\u1ef9 officially took place. In addition to the joy and innocence of childhood, students and their parents also spread the positive values \u200b\u200bof love and connection when overcoming a more than 1000m of challenging run and joining hands with VUS in providing life-saving heart operations for disadvantaged children with congenital heart defects.<\/p>\n

At the event, VUS\u2019s Executive Director Ms. Quach Nguyen Kim Hang shared: \u201cThe participation of families on Amazing Running Day had borne a significant meaning to thousands of disadvantaged children fighting with congenital heart diseases, still waiting for surgeries that could possibly save their lives. With each running step strengthening one weakened heart, we hope this event will set the foundation upon which communities nationwide can begin to give back, all in the spirit of the run\u2019s core message \u201cHappy Miles \u2013 Stronger Hearts.\u201d<\/p>\n

We take pride in knowing that VUS has taken the initiative to channel these stories today.
