The cost of surgery was up to 150 million dongs which exceeded her family&#8217;s financial situation. Introduced by the Department of Labour &#8211; Invalids and Social Affairs in Ba Ria &#8211; Vung Tau Province, HBVN knew Mai Dung&#8217;s case. On our recent visit, baby Mai Dung with a newly revived heart could happily play with her brother and mom. HBVN warmly thank the Grand Ho Tram Resort &amp; Casino for being with us on the journey of helping Vietnamese children and their mothers.
