On May 31, 2024, Mr. Alexander Redeker, Chairman of DEUTSCH-VIETNAMESISCHES HAUS e.V. (DVH), and Mr. Rad Kivette, CEO of VinaCapital Foundation (VCF), signed an agreement at the VinaCapital Foundation office, providing 4,000 EUR in funding for VCF’s Care To Rise program. This invaluable contribution by DVH will support 2,235 COVID-19 orphans and other affected children in Ho Chi Minh City by providing healthcare, education, nutrition, and psychological assistance.

These vulnerable children, who have experienced the loss of loved ones and face financial and educational challenges, require support in various aspects, including physical health, mental well-being, nutrition, and formal education. The Care To Rise program, established in 2021, takes responsibility for these underprivileged children, offering individual assessments, short-term and mid-term solutions, and long-term pathways to a healthy and successful future.

We extend our gratitude to the City of Leipzig and DVH for joining us in this meaningful endeavor and helping to create a brighter and healthier future for these children.
