On the afternoon of August 7, 2025, the Can-Clover program partnered with The LEGO Group to organize the Learning Through Play Festival for pediatric cancer patients and inhospital patients at City Children’s Hospital.

From the very first moments, cheerful laughter echoed through the hospital lobby. After a lively warm-up with music and traditional games, the children dove into a colorful, creative activity with LEGO Duplo bricks alongside volunteers from the LEGO Group.

The main challenge – building LEGO towers – allowed each group to freely unleash their creativity to make their towers taller and sturdier.

There were heartwarming moments when the children erupted in cheers as the flag was placed on top, and bursts of laughter when a tower suddenly tilted… and fell, only for the kids to rebuild it again eagerly.

At the end of the program, each child took home a small gift – a token of encouragement to help them remain strong and optimistic during their journey of recovery.

VinaCapital Foundation extend our heartfelt thanks to LEGO Group as the event sponsor and City Children’s Hospital for their support, and especially to the children – our resilient little heroes who filled the day with laughter, sparkling eyes, and unforgettable memories.
