In a dedicated effort to support and uplift children with cancer, the LEGO Group has partnered with VinaCapital Foundation’s Can-Clover program to launch a series of Learning Through Play workshops titled “Creative Fun Day.”

The series of events includes 12 workshops held at pediatric hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside the donation of more than 2,000 LEGO sets to children and hospital playrooms.

Play is not merely a source of joy or a temporary escape from the pain of illness.

It is a well-researched and proven approach that plays a vital role in children’s holistic development.

Through creative activities, children are encouraged to express their emotions, develop cognitive skills, enhance communication abilities, and gradually build confidence and adaptability in challenging situations.

Within the workshops, parents and caregivers are also encouraged to participate, interact, and play alongside their children.

This helps nurture habits of shared playing and learning, both at home and within the hospital environment.

Through this collaboration, VinaCapital Foundation and the LEGO Group hope to continue inspiring creativity and optimism in pediatric patients, empowering them to navigate their treatment with more confidence.
