Stretch up high, take a deep breath, and let’s move together with the music

Between medicine, IV drips, and the familiar sounds of hospital machines, Dance/Movement Therapy sessions brought little moments of joy, relaxation, and connection to young cancer patients and their families.

With guidance from specialists, the children stretched, played, moved to gentle melodies, and expressed their feelings in their own special ways. Parents and caregivers joined in too, holding their children close, breathing together, and sharing soft and comforting moments side by side. Alongside medical treatment, psychosocial support is also an important part of caring for children with cancer and their families.
