On 27th March at Lam Son Multipurpose Sports Field, Ace of Hearts’ Charity Volleyball Tournament saw 8 volleyball teams from different international schools in Tp. HCM competing with exploding joy and excitement. Under the heat of a summer day, all young, enthusiastic, and energetic players brought to the court a vibrant, competitive, and fair play atmosphere with their excellent performance. The tournament is not only intended to inspire the love for volleyball among young people but also to raise awareness of the community about the disadvantages of children with congenital heart defects.
Grace’s Cookies also participated in AoH’s Charity Volleyball Tournament with other partners. The athletics and audience loved our cookies and we were so happy to watch everyone enjoy these delicious treats with their friends! A total of 5,650,000 VND ($ 245) raised from the tournament was donated to Heartbeat Vietnam to support disadvantaged our heart children.
AoH is a student-led initiative dedicated to hosting annual volleyball tournaments for students from 12 to 18 years old in Ho Chi Minh City. AoH aims to create an active environment for young people who love sports activities in general and volleyball in particular as long as with fundraising to help poor children with congenital heart defects.
