Decorating a green school with HSBC Vietnam and VinaCapital Foundation

On May 11, representatives of VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) and HSBC Vietnam had a cordial meeting with Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep – a Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee, and representatives of other local authority departments.

At the meeting, Mr. Rad Kivette – CEO of VinaCapital Foundation and representative of HSBC Vietnam thanked the leaders of the Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee for the warm welcome, and shared about the delegation’s activities in Lam Dong province such as: organizing screening and sponsoring surgery for children with congenital heart defects, supporting scholarships for ethnic minority girls; donating toys to the students, planting trees, etc. HSBC Vietnam also sponsors the provision of new outdoor toys for Da Nhim Kindergarten, helping the children have a beautiful, modern, and safe playing environment.

That afternoon, the leadership team of HSBC Vietnam went to Da Nhim Kindergarten, Lac Duong district, Lam Dong province to plant trees and paint the school’s outdoor toys. Everyone was extremely excited and enthusiastic when being creative in planting colorful flower pots or repainting playground items and interacting with children at the Kindergarten through exciting musical performances.

Thank you to HSBC Vietnam, the teachers and students at Da Nhim Kindergarten, and the local staff who worked with VCF to create a day filled with joy and laughter. VCF hopes to continue working with HSBC Vietnam and its partners to carry out more meaningful activities to bring joy and change to needy communities nationwide.
