At VinaCapital Foundation, one of the key drivers behind the success of our healthcare and education programs, which bring positive changes to the lives of countless disadvantaged children and women annually, is our diverse workforce and steadfast commitment to cultivating an equitable, inclusive, and empowering work environment.

Through a recent internal training with ICS Center, our staff and volunteers have gained valuable insights into DEI issues through interactive activities, including the importance of using correct pronouns, eradicating stigma, combating discrimination, and promoting diversity awareness. This training is an integral part of our annual efforts to challenge biases, dismantle barriers, and create a genuine sense of belonging for everyone in our organization.

Going beyond annual DEI training, we actively support Pride activities, celebrating Pride Month every year and promoting DEI among our workplace, partners, and beneficiaries. Last June, our representatives proudly attended the Pride Party at the British Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to gender inclusivity and the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community. We are dedicated to further expanding our knowledge and deepening our commitment in this important area as we move forward.
