After more than a month of silent auction and fundraising at The Estella Residential District 2, on December 8th, Heartbeat Vietnam, together with The Estella residents and all the donors, celebrates a joyful Warming Christmas event.
Shining in the sunshine were the smiles and happy eyes of three children with heart defects from birth because they will be provided with free heart surgeries to be healthier thanks to the donation at The Estella. In addition, the gold sponsor of the event, Saigon Star International School, will support an operation for another lucky baby.
Representatives of the Building Owners’ Committee and Property Management of The Estella take pictures with beneficiaries, sponsors, and representatives of The VinaCapital Foundation The fund raised will also provides Family Grant, Continuing Care, and Heartbeat Scholarships for 12 disadvantaged children who already had heart surgeries before but still need so much help to continue to be healthy and go to school as their peers.
The children at The Estella enjoy playing with the soap bubbles artist, and magician and listening to their little friends from the Saigon Star International School performing Christmas songs. The small children play little instruments, and sing and dance cheerfully along to lovely Christmas songs. Happiness permeates the air of the event.
Thanks to the gold sponsors such as Saigon Star International School, Wendelbo, S Mart, Jenny & Richie, Vietcombank HCMC, Italian Point Coffee, other corporate sponsors, and individuals, as well as hundreds of residents of The Estella, Heartbeat Vietnam has received a precious fund to save more children born with heart defects.
