Phenikaa Group Handover 2 Billion VND Donation To Mr. Sun Program – VinaCapital Foundation To Support Children With Cancer

On 2 October 2020, In order to support the treatment of children with cancer, Phenikaa Group donates 2 billion VND to Mr. Sun program – VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) to help cancer pediatric patients and their families all over the country, many of which are being treated at the National Institute Of Hematology & Blood Transfusion. With this generous donation, many children with cancer and their families will be assisted to cover the cost of their treatment, not only lifting the financial burden but also acting as a source of motivation for them to have a steady recovery.

As one of the world’s leading companies in quartz production with the motto of “Realizing all commitments”, A&A Green Phoenix Group Joint Stock Company (Phenikaa), has donated 2 billion VND to Mr. Sun – VCF’s comprehensive program for children with cancer. Not only does this donation emphasize Phenikaa’s commitment to social responsibilities, but also signifies Phenikaa’s long-term partnership with Mr. Sun Program and VCF in the journey of empowering Vietnamese disadvantaged children.

At the handover ceremony, Mr. Sun also introduces Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh as the program’s official Ambassador. Miss Do My Linh will accompany Mr. Sun program to spark love and compassion among the public, bringing hope and joy to cancer children.

Mr. Sun’s National Goals are to Provide financial support to poor pediatric cancer patients, Develop programs to provide psychosocial support for pediatric cancer patients and their families, Improve Vietnam’s cancer healthcare capacity as well as Raising awareness in the general public about pediatric cancer.
